The Wrenbury Out of School Child-Care Scheme provides childcare for school-aged children between the ages of 4 to 11 on an equal opportunities basis, with preference given to those children attending Wrenbury Primary School. The club is held in the schoolhouse adjacent to the school.

Hours: 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. and 3.15 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (term time only)

N.B. There will be no supervision after 6.00 p.m. so prompt collection is essential.

Charges: £2.00 per morning session (optional - breakfast/snack provided at a cost of 25p - payable per session) and £5.00 per evening session (optional - afternoon snack provided at a cost of 25p - payable per session)

N.B. There is help with the cost of childcare through the working families credit and disabled person's tax credit.

Activities: Activities and sessions will be planned by staff to accommodate the varying age levels of the children.

  4. time to relax

This project has been registered with Cheshire County Council to ensure compliance with the 1989 Children's Act.

Admission Priority: Places will be limited at present to 16 to ensure compliance with the 1989 Children's Act. Priority will be given to children attending Wrenbury Primary School and who require regular sessions. Part-time, temporary places may be available if all permanent places have not been allocated.
