Wrenbury Pre-School is a community group funded jointly by parents and the Local Authority and run by staff working from a committee of parents. We are registered with OFSTED and are members of the Pre-school Learning Alliance. We have had three successful OFSTED inspections.

Our Aims are:

• To enhance the development and education of children under statutory age in a parent involving community based group.
• To provide a safe and secure stimulating environment.
• To work within a framework which ensures equality of opportunities for all children and families.

We offer your child:

Our Pre-School meets at School House (adjacent to the school) every morning from 9:00 to 11:30:

Pre-School, Out of School Club, and the Rural Nursery work together to ensure co-ordinated Nursery Provision.

Our Pre-School has been included in the L.E.A.'s Interim Early Years Development plan, this means that we can claim for 3 and 4 year olds in some circumstances for payment from the L.E.A. from the term after their third or fourth birthday.

Admissions Procedure

Children enter pre-school playgroup from age two and a half. Children's names may be entered into the admission book at any age. In addition, a Toddler group is held every Tuesday afternoon from 1.30 - 3.00 pm. Everyone is welcome.
